HAPPY NEW YEAR FB FAMILY -- My NEW Over 60-Minute Workout! Cardio and Muscular Endurance

Good morning FB Family and HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Today’s workout release is a nearly 90-minute feat of both physical and mental grit that tests your cardiovascular and muscular endurance:

Total Body Conditioning Cardio and Muscular Endurance

You’ll venture through three segments of work in this long duration workout, starting with strength, then tackling HIIT and power, and finishing with cardio and core. Make sure to review the write-up for recommendations on weight selections and pacing for each segment to help improve your workout experience and prepare you for the high volume of work included in each segment.

Remember, even if you’re specifically training for an endurance-based endeavor, be mindful of how often you repeat these kinds of workouts and make sure to allow yourself sufficient recovery between efforts. I gave myself an extra recovery day during the week that I filmed this workout knowing that my body (and mind) would feel a little extra zapped from the high energy demands. In the moment, the energy depletion might not feel like much but this routine is essentially three workout sessions packed into one!

Pace yourselves, experiment with your weight selections and exercise progressions/modifications, and most importantly, have fun!
