New 60+ Minute Workout! Kettlebell Strength & Power Circuits with Weighted Core

Good morning FB Family!

Today’s workout release challenged my strength, coordination, balance, and stamina! I work with kettlebells consistently, but I usually work them into a circuit with other equipment (dumbbells, barbells, etc.). In this nearly 70-minute-long workout, the kettlebell is our main piece of equipment, used throughout every circuit:

Kettlebell Strength & Power Circuits with Weighted Core

As the title of the workout states, you’ll work through a combination of strength and power total body circuits interspersed with weighted core circuits. The shape and weight distribution of the kettlebell, long work intervals (most of the workout is comprised of 60-second intervals!), sequencing of the exercises, and long duration of the workout make this routine a great test of total body physical and mental conditioning. Thus, this workout is a great feat of endurance, both muscular and cardiovascular.

There is a lot of unilateral work in this routine, which I thoroughly enjoy because I receive great feedback on movement patterns and muscle imbalances to focus on as areas of future growth. You’ll see me adjust the kettlebell often when I hold it in my left arm (Georgie) as well as swap it out for a dumbbell for one exercise where Georgie was not up for the challenge on this particular day of filming (remember, feedback not judgment!). I hope you’ll use any limb strength/movement discrepancies as feedback for yourselves as well!

Let me know if you enjoyed this routine!

See you on the screen!
