Unilateral Total Body Power and Strength

This workout includes a quick warm-up, followed by two action-packed circuits that alternate between lower and upper body, finishing each with a killer core EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) and a cool-down at the end. You’ll hit all the major muscle groups while focusing on mobility and strength!

A quick tip: Keep track of your reps and weights during the workout. If you're breezing through the 6-8 rep range, it’s time to increase your load for a bigger challenge! 😎

For the endurance circuits (where we work the entirety of the 45 seconds), you'll want to use something lighter but still challenging. Don't worry, I'll guide you through my weight recommendations.
