What are your workout plans for today? Day 5 of Kickstart here. It will be in the 20sF/-6C this morning, but I’d like to bundle up and go for a walk. We’ll see.

What about dinner plans? I know Lisette usually has pizza, and Shabnam often goes out to eat on Fridays. What’s on your menu? It’s my twins’ 18th birthday today 😮😭😩🥰. We were going to go to a Brazilian restaurant where they bring you endless meat on a stick and carve it over your plate; they’ll keep bringing it until you tell them to stop! But since they’re sick, we’ll see. If they’re up for it we’ll go, if not, we’ll order takeout.
