Postpartum and working out

Hi all!

I’m 8 weeks postpartum and I know my body did an amazing thing bringing my sweet baby boy into the world. However I’m struggling to even look in the mirror knowing that what I see isn’t what I’m used to. It’s not just what I see but also what I feel; my body just aches and longs for working out again. I’m very excited I got the green light today to start working out. I’m so grateful that FB now has the postpartum program. I can’t wait to start it on Monday.

Anyone else postpartum starting the program Monday and would like to keep each other motivated?? Would love to have someone to talk to who’s going through similar situations.
