New Workout! Inner Thighs with Cardio and Core

Hello hello! 

We do a good job of emphasizing glute work, but what about shining some light on the inner thighs for a second? That’s the theme of this 32-minute workout! Naturally incorporated into many of the exercises will be core work and an opportunity to get your sweat on with heart-rate-increasing moves! I should also mention that this routine is bodyweight only and bored easily 👌

I love that this can be completed nearly anywhere and is highly scalable with modifications. You can seriously increase the challenge by strapping on ankle weights, too!
