New Workout! Express Better Posture

Hey there! 

Express Better Posture 

You may recall this Corrective Exercises for Better Posture routine. I wanted to create a workout with the same intent, but one that didn't take as much time to complete. In less than 18 minutes, we completely reset our posture and alignment through a combination of mobility, stretching, and strengthening exercises. The only thing you’ll need other than a few minutes of time is a mat! 

I could feel my posture and therefore my energy changing after the first few exercises. This proves that when we have a desire for something and set it into motion, great changes can happen instantly! 

During pregnancy, I’ve slowly noticed it getting harder to maintain proper posture as gravity pulls me forward. I was looking forward to creating this routine as much as those who requested it! Who else is on the lookout for a quick posture touch-up? The best results will come when this is completed consistently, ideally 1-2x/week.
