New Workout! Unilateral Back and Biceps

Hey everyone! 

Unilateral Back and Biceps

Anytime we do unilateral exercises, guess what gets a ton of bonus work? The core! You can consider that another large focus of this routine, in addition to the back and biceps. We complete 3 circuits of 5 exercises, twice through each. The final exercise in each circuit will be more cardio-oriented to raise your heart rate. The other exercises will be geared towards strengthening your back, biceps, and deep core! After this 30-minute workout, we have a very short burnout. Your warm up and cool down are included! 

This is a scalable workout that will benefit many. Anytime we focus on the back or the deep core, we’re reprograming our posture into proper alignment. I especially appreciate this right now while pregnant when gravity wants to pull me forward!
