This latest creation of mine was designed to be done a day or so after a heavy total body day or after a series of taxing workouts to keep your muscles moving, break up soreness, and bring blood flow to stagnant areas. Of course, you can also use this workout in any other way you see fit!
I love the ease and efficiency of this routine. It’s one list of exercises - warm up and cool down infused in. We complete a blend of mobility, stretching, and movements that exercise a broad range of motion. It’s both restorative and gently energizing!
