New! Mental Daily Rewind for Sleep

Our minds tend to not be kind to us late at night. It is very common to either struggle with ruminating/overthinking at bedtime or during nighttime wakings. However, similar to many mental struggles, it is the fighting of the process that makes the situation worse. When we try to analyze or criticize our way through this overthinking, it becomes a downward spiral that keeps us awake all night. 

Mental Daily Rewind for Sleep

This practice is designed for people who struggle with nighttime rumination and therefore sleep issues when going to bed or when waking in the night. In this practice, you will walk through the day/event you are mentally replaying (whether it is a past or future event) with a more positive intention in mind. This allows you to lean into the natural tendency to mentally rewind, but do so in a way that is kind and more likely to lead to relaxation. I hope you fall asleep (and stay asleep) while listening! That is always the best compliment 🙂
