Wrist Strengthening and Mobilizing Exercises 

This 13-minute routine is well worth your time if your wrists bother you in any way during or after workouts or in everyday life. The exercises we complete will build strength and mobility in your wrist region and also benefit grip strength! To prepare, you’ll need your mat, some very light weights (soup cans or firm water bottles work too), and 2 rubber bands that aren’t too stretched out. 

Once you complete this routine a few times and get comfortable with the series of movements, it’s easy to multitask and do them while watching TV or something similar! Repetition is key for developing new strength and mobility; this routine is one you’ll want to plant in your routine consistently to notice fulfilling results.
