Hello and calling those of you who spend long amounts of time sitting or working at a desk!

Desk Stretches and Realignment Exercises 

Have you ever experienced neck, back, or shoulder aches? Maybe a decline in your posture? In about 8 minutes, we target these concerns - and you can do it all without leaving your desk chair. 

Seeing some requests for this as well as my own experience is what inspired the creation of this routine! All it takes is something short and effective that’s completed consistently to retrain your mind and muscles in how to carry yourself while working away at your desk. We focus on opening up your chest and shoulders, engaging with your back muscles, and repositioning how you’re holding your chin and neck. 

This doubles as a productive work break!
