Although pilates centers on the core, you’ll feel engagement and transformation happening through all your limbs. Many of the exercises are truly a total body coordinated effort! I personally loved the slower low-impact nature while still feeling surges of high intensity in the muscles. It has a beautiful way of making you feel strong and worked without being over-taxed… I’m really into that kind of training right now!
