New Workout! Express and Intense Barre

Good morning! 

Express and Intense Barre

The name has a nice ring to it, yes? 🙂 Focusing on the whole body with a greater emphasis on the legs and glutes, the workout portion of this routine is just 16 minutes. Our time is organized into giant sets, completing back-to-back intervals before a rest. Throughout the sets, the exercises also follow patterns that increase in intensity and difficulty. And that's how we get the name of this workout! Efficient with some spice. 

With that, there are many variables that can be adjusted to make it more or less intense so instead of merely following what I am doing on-screen, be sure to ask yourself what you most need to make this time well spent!
