New! Breath Pause Mindfulness Meditation

Does anyone else have the tendency to just put your head down and get through the difficult moments? If you’re anything like me, these tough moments seem to get more and more extended and closer together the older I get and the more responsibilities I take on. However, that means that my whole life can sometimes feel like I’m just putting my head down to get through it. 

Breath Pause Mindfulness Meditation

This practice is intended to help you to shift your mindset and to notice the small moments of reprieve, pause, and stillness that naturally exist in the breath to mimic those small moments in our lives as well. While they may be short, by bringing intentionality and awareness to them, those brief moments can also be restorative. 

As a bonus, we’re also practicing mindfulness, so even if you’re not wanting to get that “deep” or reflective in this practice today, you will still reap the benefits of mindfulness.
