New Workout! Glute and Hip Strengthening

Hi everyone! Here’s today’s new release: 

Glute and Hip Strengthening

This workout takes the importance of hip mobility and simultaneously adds in moments of muscle engagement to strengthen your hip and glute region while also staying pliable. Much of the warm up will remind you of the former Hip and Glute Mobility routine. This workout itself is 15 minutes, giving you the option to use it as an add-on, a shorter stand-alone workout, or, you can repeat it twice to make it a solid 30 minute workout. 

All you’ll truly need is a mat but, if you’re interested in upping the difficulty, plan to strap on some ankle weights and/or keep a medium dumbbell handy. For those who don’t love doing mobility but know how important it is, these strengthening exercises naturally sneak it in!
