Me? It's a luxuriously slow morning as I'm not playing at church today. I believe I"ll bake that second cake and post pics when I'm done!
Who's moving? Taking a day off? Functional fitnesss?
Kayla has kicked off a 5-day mobility challenge, that looks fun.
Me, I'm not sure--nothing over 30 minutes though, it's a busy day. For me, that usually means a walking program--I love those!
Now, what's on the menu today?
I've had coffee with a protein waffle/turkey sausage sandwich and feeling ready to go!
