As I’m getting back into a routine of working out, and slowly trying to work on my diet, I’m trying to remind myself that I’ve done this before. I lost the weight, and I kept it off. I’ve only gained back maybe 10 pounds of the 140 I lost about 2 years ago now. I am confident in myself and comfortable with my body, but I want to really make sure I’m doing what I can to keep my body healthy and functioning. I can lose the weight, I can keep it off, and now I can make my body feel even better with good food and exercise. All of us can, and seeing others amazing posts and stories and day to day successes is so inspiring.
