What is your usual training routine? What are your current fav workouts?๐I'm looking for some inspiration!
Hey FB family! Greetings from Peru! My name is Ro, she/they, 28F, psychologist, Reiki master, Yoga teacher, vegan. I'm passionate about the Earth and all its creatures ๐
My schedule usually consists of
Monday: Lower Body
Tuesday: Upper
Wednesday: Cardio/Core
Thursday: Upper
Friday: Lower or Total Body
Saturday: Yoga and/or Mobility
My workouts typically run for about 45 minutes, always first thing in the morning, and I like to include additional stretching because it feels so good and also prevents soreness. Also, I practice asana almost every day, apart from my scheduled main workout (10-30 min, before bedtime or lunch break).
I stick to this routine for about 2 weeks, then ease off during my luteal phase and menstruation with walks, yin yoga, mobility and low-impact cardio.
I have found this has worked pretty well for me for the past year with FB Plus!!
In fact, I'm taking a short break from FB Fit4 (it's soo good!!) and once I finish it, I plan on switching things up. Maybe include 2 or 3 cardio focused days, because I'm missing some fun kickboxing and HIIT!!
