Okie dokie, let's jump right in, shall we?

What do your workouts look like for today?

It's day something or other of the Tasha challenge for me! Upper body work. My traps are already a bit sore from holding heavy weights for lower body day yesterday; but we'll do our best with today's workout regardless.

And what's on the menu for today?

I'm in a 'coffee coffee coffee' mood atm, and that's as far as I've gotten!
