How are you all doing? I hope you're well!

I hope you had a good weekend too! I wanna give a big thank you to Karen for being our wonderful weekend guest host; and another big thank you to my co-host in crime Miss Raven for taking care of us the past two weeks!

So guys, what's happenin? How are things?

Same ol', same ol' for me! Busy with stuff and things.

As for workouts? How are they treatin ya?

I'm on the second week of the new Tasha challenge, and I think we got some lower body work for today. That suits me just fine.

And what's on the menu for today?

Hubby made some superbly delicious butter chicken and veggies last night--and I think there's leftovers enough for tonight! That's very exciting!
