Based on my pulmonary function test results, as compared to May 2023, my lung function has drastically improved.
My pulmonologist was very impressed, and encouraging, saying that he has never seen anybody increase their lung function (it’s apparently impossible). He said that at this rate, I could indeed live a long and relatively healthy life.
I attribute this to a miracle and prayer, as well as a healthier lifestyle and Fitness Blender workouts.
