Pizza night.

Thought we would weird it up with leftovers. We had some turkey breast left from the BBQ the other night. So what else, a faux turkey club pizza.

The sauce is sundried tomato, EVOO, garlic, oregano, himalayan sat and fresh black pepper. Then some low moisture mozzarella and Asiago, spinach, red onion, smoked bacon, and the thinly sliced turkey breast. Sourdough crust as usual. The darker bits are smatterings of the base sauce on top.
