BBQ in the Foothills

Good day/evening all.

Thought I would share a BBQ image. Chard and asparagus from our garden, chicken thighs with korean style sauce with extra garlic, mini bellpeppers, and lemon shrimp. Not shown is the half turkley breast to slice for the weeks meals.

On most of it is just a drizzle of organic EVOO, himalayan salt, fresh ground organic black pepper, organic garlic and onion powder. Feel free to share what you had on your table.
