Strictly Strength

Hey FB community! I loved my long trail race so much in February that I decided to sign up for another one in the fall. I’m needing to compile a list of total body strictly strength training (NO CARDIO, prefer split body sections) to supplement my running plan. I could create a list, but maybe someone here has already done that and is willing to share any videos that fit the bill? Thanks!
