I decided to beat my husband to this chore and give myself an extra credit challenge. I’m 5’3” and weigh 110 lbs. This bale of hay is 3’x3’x8’ and weighs about 900 lbs. It took me about 6 minutes, but I got it off the trailer! 3 years ago, I was so sick with postpartum grave’s disease, I could barely even walk down the stairs to my basement without feeling like I was going to face plant it. I finally recovered about a year ago and no longer am on any medications and have been able to get my fitness back on track. I have used FitnessBlender for years.
