Daily Check-in: Wednesday, March 27th

Hello Blendfriends!

How are you today?

I'm good, albeit very sore from my upper body workout with Erica yesterday! I've done that one (with the negatives) several times, and its one of my favorites--but this time it really got me for some reason!

And since we're already on the subject: tell us about your workouts for the day! What do you have goin on?

It's a core and cardio day for me and my Fit4 buddies. I haven't done this one with Nicole yet, so I'm very much looking forward to it!

What's happenin on the food front today?

I think it's a good day for leftovers! Get them all used up and outta the fridge.

Finally a pic! A somewhat uncooperative male cardinal. He wouldnt come out from behind that branch for nothin!
