Good morning friends!

Some small reminders to help you have a great day,

I am feeling super unmotivated and ready for the long weekend. I mentioned about some 2-minute tasks at home but what about at work? I have a long list and I plan to take care of them. I already did 2 this morning but there are still more.

What is on the plan today for you?

I will go to the gym and do a hill run on the dread-mill and some focused core work. I had a little chat with myself on my ride to work about it and told myself that every workout does not have to be so long. Maybe I am only there for 45 minutes today and that would be ok. Part of the problem is I have fun when I am there and keep doing more and more.
