Good Tuesday morning Blenders!

I am still feeling so tired from staying up late watching skating last week. I could find energy to only stretch yesterday. But at least I ate well and drank plenty of water. I will see if my energy level improves enough today to get in a workout from the Bored Easily challenge. How do you find the energy needed to move forward when you are tired?

I will also do one small housecleaning task. I still feel frozen in place, but I figured it’s better to complete one small thing than nothing at all. I have to shake off this all or nothing mindset. It’s ok if only the table gets cleaned and not the entire room at once. Are you the type of person who gets everything done in one shot or do you break up tasks into smaller ones to be done over time? What is the secret of your success?
