How to filter for total body workouts

Hello - what would you call a total body strength workout that focuses on upper body and lower body separately within the same workout (rather than compound movements)?

I feel like most total body workouts use compound movements but maybe there’s a keyword I can use in the search to filter them out?

Or maybe it’s easier to just put together separate upper body and lower body workouts? But then that involves more stopping and starting and warm up/cool down issues.
