Gonna do a lower body workout now, will check on ya later

Just here to ask, how many of you guys have tried pretty intense programs like FB bodyweight or FB Fit and what are your experiences?

Do these programs and meal plans that FB does really work? Like, if you eat real food, then is there any improvement?

Just that I'm the middle of one, and would love to know the results?
