My results after 365 days of consistency

I never thought I would have a "before & after" and truthfully this is "before & during". I have been with FB since 2015 but my weight has fluctuated a lot and I've been in varying states of fitness. This time around something clicked. I have never been consistent this long. 365 days. I'm quite shocked at the difference really, I have shrunk a bit everywhere! For reference, I'm 5'4 or 163cm tall.

I don't have a hugely inspirational story to tell. I found a routine of morning workouts and reduced my calorie intake. I follow programs but also schedule random workouts a lot. I do 2-3 intense workouts per week and otherwise do yoga and mobility. I eat for health but also for pleasure. I don't torture myself and still see results. Most importantly, I have more confidence, I wear clothes I didn't wear before and I feel pretty good because of it.
