New Workout! Bodyweight Core Circuits

Good morning FB Family!

Today’s workout release focuses on core strength endurance, challenging you to tackle progressions, regressions, and isometric hold variations of standard core exercises in a 40-minute endeavor:

Bodyweight Core Circuit Progressions with Isometric Holds

We roll through five, 8-exercise circuits with only 10 seconds of transition time between moves so feel free to take extra breaks whenever needed! Your core is the foundational powerhouse of the body, so training your core muscles to accommodate increasingly longer durations of stress will enable you to move with efficiency in every training/movement modality.

I was quite proud of myself for making it through this workout! I used to regularly teach in-person endurance-based core-centric classes but that was lifetimes ago. What do we think about including a few more of these types of core workouts in our training regimen? Do you prefer short or long core workouts?
