Veggie stirfry w/Pad Thai noodles

Good day/evening/whatever it is in your neck of the woods.

Thought I would share a fast and easy dinner. Lots of veggies here.

Broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, red cabbage, asparagus, fresh chard from the garden, red onion, garlic.

Blanched carrots then stirfried in order of needed doneness. That means starting with the longer cooking veggies first. Then adding other progressively so that when finished they are all the same version of al dente.

Sauce was chicken stock, ginger, garlic, splash of soy and sesame oil, with constarch for thickening. Served it over Pad Thai noodle.

The longest part of the whole meal is prep time slicing everything.
