Help…Need some motivation

Hi everyone, I feel really down. I had a cough for six weeks and couldn‘t workout as I used to. No runs, at least no longer than 4 km. No Taekwondo. To more than a handfull workouts. On top of this I got tested positive on Covid this morning. Does anyone have some experience how to restart exercising after a Covid infection and had some advises for me?
