New to FB Plus! What features should I check out first?

I finally did it! I've been a member since 2018 and FB has undoubtedly shaped my view of fitness, and for that I'm ever grateful. Still, I don't know why it took me this long to upgrade to FB Plus!

I'm looking forward to all the content and access to all the programs. What other features and workouts should I check out first?? I feel like there's just so much to explore. If anyone has any recommendations for low impact cardio routines or pilates please let me know!
