Dexa scan

So, today I went to get a dexa scan. I planned it with a friend a couple of weeks ago. The results were somewhat disappointing, though not surprising. My body fat percentage is way to high (45.5%) so I really need to make some changes..

We started redecorating our bedroom so my sports room has been unavailable for the past 4 weeks (our bed is temporarily in my sports room). I will be able to start my workouts again next week. I have gone bouldering and I have done some walking.

Food wise I also need to make some changes. I am going to try it intermittent fasting will work for me. In a few months I will go for another scan to see if things have changed..
