How do you cope with negative body image days?

Hi everyone,

Long time lurker here. But something has been on my mind and I wanted to know your thoughts. Recently I got back into fitness after a long break. I got back into a healthy rhythm for a few weeks before I got sick again for two days. I decided to treat myself by eating some carb-heavy food over the weekend. But now I'm feeling as though all the progress I made over the weeks are lost. So my question to you is, how do you get back to feeling good about yourself? I've been working to heal my body image issues for a long time but sometimes even I can't escape from my own thoughts.
