Express Barre Arms with Light Cardio

This workout will burn your arms in a way that’s different from traditional strength training by focusing on light, constant tension to build muscle endurance. We even add in some straightforward lower body movements to facilitate some cardio. 

All you’ll need is a mat and some very light weights, I just use a pair of 1-lb weights throughout and it was plenty for me. Canned goods or ankle weights strapped to your wrists work great, too! 

Our exercises are strung into giant sets with the goal of keeping our arms up for 2.5 minutes before a short rest. There will be a new exercise every 30 seconds so just when you’re really burning, we switch up positioning!
