How do you balance reformer Pilates with strength training?

Reformer Pilates always destroys my legs, but doesn’t impact my arms as much and I like doing shorter arm workouts to supplement for that.

However, technically the reformer Pilates classes that I take are whole body, and I’m sure that it’s important to take breaks. I do enjoy lower body strength training.

I do reformer 2x a week and am trying to supplement with FB workouts for the rest of the week, and I’d love advice!
