Post-workout vertigo

Hi FB friends. Just wondering if it's normal to get substantial vertigo after moderate-intense exercise? I ate before my workout and made sure to stay hydrated throughout, I took my rest periods, but especially with the toe touch/fwd bend movements and during the cooldown, I was feeling really dizzy. Am I missing something or was the workout just too intense for me? I felt like it was maybe an RPE 5-6, not crazy challenging. Anyone experience this or have any tips on preventing vertigo? I'll take all the advice! Thanks friends!
