Expert Article on Assertiveness

Hello,

I'd really appreciate an article on how to be more assertive - I think it's really important for our mental health and relationships to be able to express boundaries and stand up for ourselves consistently. As a people pleaser, it's something I struggle with in many different areas of life and I'd be really interested in reading either Candice or Haley's (or both's!) insights into the subject and maybe some tips on how to improve it.
