No longer getting sore!

I know that soreness is not the end all be all, and it doesn't mean you didn't have a great workout. But I used to ALWAYS be sore and now it seems I never am. I am pushing hard with the weights, have added much more weight than when I started, am working harder than I ever have, but no soreness? Have I just reached peak physical condition??? (jk...of course)

But for real, is never getting sore a sign of something?
