Good morning everyone!

Wednesday is here whether you are ready for it or not. I certainly am.

Today's thought is a nice reminder that it does not matter how slow you go. Go at your own pace. This is inspired by some self-proclaimed slow runners I follow. They have helped me embrace slow running. In turn, this has made me a stronger runner and running more enjoyable. Every run does not have to set records. This is something I struggled with in the past. But! If a couch day is necessary, take it. There is no shame in that. Monday evening I really did just lay on the couch and I did not let myself feel bad about it.

What does everyone have planned today? I will head to the gym after work for a sprint session on the DREADmill, then move on to some lower body exercises I missed on the weekend and hopefully, I can get to the pull-up machine. Yesterday it was really busy and I could not sneak in.

I am alone for dinner tonight and I think it will be some kind of spinach and mushroom tortellini dish... we will see.

Wishing everyone a great day!
