Daily Check-in: Tuesday, February 6th

Hello Blenderz, how are things today?

Ready to get moving or something along the lines of movement?

I'm pretty sure me, Anne, and Joanna are getting our butts kicked by the Advanced Strength with Brian Challenge. Day 2 is all about those legs! How are you all feeling from day one? I feel that core work a bit and also got some sore lat muscles from yesterday. It's only day two, but I am already so pleased with this challenge!! Good luck today, and for every Blender, enjoy your movement today!

And to talk about food, what's going on in the kitchen, friendz? Not so sure for myself. I'm not thinking past coffee.

Picture for today is of a Red Maple tree sporting some red, not from leaves, but the two winged fruit/seeds known as samaras. A beautiful sight this time of year.
