Anyways, where are we at today, my beautiful Blendfriendz? Where are we in terms of our mood, meals, and movement?

My mood: Doing alright.

My meals: Coffee counts, yeah?

My movement: Along with my wonderful workout partner in crime, Anne, we are starting the Advanced Strength with Brian!!! Yay!! I've heard great things about this challenge so I'm super excited--eh hem, purely from a workout point of view, of course. Advanced strength training has its benefits.😉

Anyways, that's about all I have for now. I'll share a photo of Hydro giving a facial expression fitting for a Mondaze
