Working out with light and medium weight

I see so many workouts here for strength training, but they all are "slower, lift heavy" type workouts. I LOVE FB trainers and the FB vibe more than any other online workouts/trainers; however, I have an injury that prevents me (and will probably always prevent me) from lifting heavier weights. So I have been doing all the bodyweight workouts!, but what I have really been hoping for is a handful of good low impact, high intensity (quick pace) strength workouts with 10 pound weight (or less)--looking at you Nicole and Kayla :). Is this a type of training that is not advocated for here? Anyone else in the same boat?
