HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group January 23rd

Good Tuesday morning! It’s a great one because temperatures are much warmer this morning. But it’s not such a great one because I struggled with staying asleep last night and I’m feeling very tired at the moment.

I won’t be able to do today’s « mystery-extra-bonus-points » workout from the challenge at work, which goes live at 2pm, as I have a district conference call at that time. So I will do it on-demand tomorrow, and complete tomorrow’s workout from FB’s 3-Day challenge today.

I previewed that FB workout, Tasha’s Core Balance and Strength Circuits with Three Round Match or Beat Cardio HIIT, and I know that I will have to modify a lot of the core exercises. There are many workout moves that I can’t do (yet), but I’m trying to focus on what I can do, so as to not get discouraged. Is there a workout move that you are struggling with at the moment? And what’s your best/favourite move that you have fully mastered, which you weren’t able to do at first?
