Suggstion - a Cardio / Flexibility workout

Hi FB fans, I was thinking I would like to work more on my Flexibility. Okay I cannot stretch as far as I would like in the stretch that sits on the floor, legs in front, reaching for my toes. I also find it easier to stretch when I am more warmed up. So I thought of maybe a new workout with the first half slowly building up the cardio and the second half flexibility stretches. A sort of active recovery type workout. Thanks for listening.
