Wellness video idea/request

About to be blunt here- I had a horrible, god awful, terrible day at work today and I am PISSED!!!! The kind of pissed off that makes you want to yell and scream and pull your hair out.

I've done a lot of the wellness videos, some more than others, and they all seem to start out pretty chill. I would LOVE to have one that basically starts out by telling you it's okay to be pissed and slowly work into chill mode. It can sometimes be harder than others to make the transition, and I have the feeling today is going to be one those days.

So... just throwing it out there to see what everybody thinks.
